Abstract

32 year old gentleman presented with abdominal pain and mass in left iliac fossa and was diagnosed as diverticulitis of sigmoid colon.On further evaluation it was found as epiploic appendagitis of descendosigmoid junction. Laproscopic excision of the inflamed appendices epiploicae was done.
