Abstract
The study aims to identify the educational curriculum concepts and to identify these concepts in light of the fundamentals of Islamic education. The researchers use the deductive and descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study .The study concludes that the foundations of the educational curriculum from the perspective of the fundamentals of Islamic education is centered on four main foundations which are namely: the contractual, legislative, worshipping and the psychological foundations. All these foundations begin with the contractual foundation because of its importance in building the educational curriculum on a clear and detailed conception of the Islamic framework.
