The Measurement and evaluation of Urban planning components in Tourism Sustainable Development of Kashan City

Various attractions existence has brought different urban tourism forms in Kashan, but ignoring the role of urban planning in the course of fundamental elements development and equipments and presenting the conveniences to the tourists, in spite of the great potential of various, rare and beautiful tourism attractions, has led to postpone in one of the significant aspects of economic, social and acts and has been as a target in tourism, in territorial, national and global levels. Considering that for these attractions effective utilization, it is necessary to pay attention to fundamental elements and basic criteria in urban planning, this research is to clarify the key and directional role of urban planning in urban tourism sustainable development of Kashan and present suitable directions and suggestions for this act development to positive influence on sustainable development (economical, social and cultural )in this city. The research is applicable in purpose, descriptional and analytical in accomplishment and the information gathered in documentary (library study) and survey methods. The consequences of the research indicates a direct and positive relation between substructures, equipments and urban conveniences and also utilizing modern equipments in tourism planning , and obtaining the urban tourism sustainable development. Proportionally , the more developing in substructures ,equipments and urban space organizing and also using modern equipments in tourism planning , the more it is possible to obtain the sustainable development in urban tourism
