Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the distribution of compulsory medical insurance quotas between public and private medical institutions in the Irkutsk region. Today, private medical organizations, which have the latest equipment, are also gaining popularity among the population, and they are also inviting highly specialized specialists to cooperate, and as a result they can provide those medical services that are not available in state and municipal institutions. These services are quite expensive and most of the population can get them only by quota. But, in most cases, when distributing the compulsory medical insurance quotas between public and private medical institutions in the Irkutsk region, the latter receive only a small part of these quotas. The reasons for this phenomenon will be considered in this article.
