New solutions for adaptation of personnel in the company on the example of «DECART»« and «METER» companies

This article summarizes the results of a small study conducted by a 3rd year student of the Siberian-American faculty of the Baikal International Business School. The purpose of this study is to propose a new method of staff adaptation by creating a «Site for a beginner» in a constantly changing market environment and to analyze the possibility of implementing this method on the examples of two companies.
