Abstract
In this study, the effects of vermicompost applications on yield and fruit quality in tomatoes were investigated. Vermicompost applications were determined to be 0, 40, 80, 120 and 160 g / plant in 5 different doses. Ranger F1 tomato varieties suitable for protected cultivation were used as plant material. The commercial product SuperSol was used as vermicompost. In the study; average fruit weight, total yield, fruit color, fruit firmness, water-soluble dry matter content, titratable acidity such as quality parameters beside macro and micro nutrient contents of leaves and fruits were examined. According to the results of the analysis, the highest yield and average fruit weight were obtained from 160 g/plant vermicompost applied group.
