Abstract
The article analyzes the possibility of using the coaching approach in personnel management in the organization. Today coaching is one of the modern personnel-technologies promoting not only the disclosure of internal potential of employees, but also the increase of the motivation defining work efficiency; it is offered to carry out a number of trainings and to introduce this training in production process of the CRB of DPR.
