Abstract

The definitions of the concepts of efficiency and effectiveness have been specified. The approaches to the evaluation of the system of public tender procurement have been systematized. The necessity of using integral indicators of efficiency and effectiveness in the evaluation of the system of public tender procurement has been proved. The paper substantiates the criteria and develops the method of evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the system of public tender procurement, including the evaluation of the operated and management subsystems.
