Abstract
The certain quantity of paramolybdate ammonium salt is dissolved in ethylene glycol and sulphur ethylenediamine solution as sulphidizing reagent is added to it. The experimental vessel in the teflon cuvette is placed in the microwave electric furnace. The sample is kept in the furnace within 12-14 hours at the temperature of 140°С. The deposition obtained is filtrated through the glass filter, washed out with formic acid dilute solution, ultrapure water and, at last, with ethanol, is dried out at 60-70°С in vacuum. The yield makes 72-44%. Microscopic research has shown that MoS 3 in the form of sticks consisting from nanorods with the width of 100-250 nanometers and length of 5-10 ?м . Red absorption spectrums of MoS 3 have shown that there is one maximum at 260 nanometers in the spectrum. And that corresponds to the width of forbidden band of 3,18 ev.
