Abstract
The definition of quality level of cars on composite indexes are considered in the article. The system techniques of centralized traffic control on technical indexes are given. Calculations for this technique for three existing systems of centralized traffic control: "Neman", "Path" and "Dialogue" are considered. The quality level of cars is determined on composite index.
