BASIS OF THE CHISEL-CRUMBLER FOR THE CONCENTRATINGOF THE GYPSUM SOIL IN THE CONDITIONS OF IRRIGATED AGRICULTURE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
The parameters of the labor organs of the chisel-crumblier for the concentrating the gypsum layers of the soil in the condition of irrigated agriculture are based. Schemes of the influence of the special tool for the concentrating the gypsum layers of the soil are given in this article. Height of the post of the labor organs are based, demonstrations of the soil of the curved and strait posts are learnt, as well as ductile resistance from the changes of the radius of curvature and flight of the layer are based. And schemes of arrangements of the labor organs in the tool frames are also given. Ductile and specific resistance of the tool, scheme of the model example and diametrical profile of the crumbled zone of the presented and existed tool are also defined. Optimum parameters of the tool are recommended and experimental examples of the chisel-crumblier are made, results of the field researches are given. Productivity and efficiency of the using of the chisel-crumblier are calculated on the recommended parameters.
