Abstract
Synchronous tumors are rare among female reproductive tract malignancies. Of this, synchronous endometrioid type of endometrial and ovarian cancers is common. The incidence of synchronous tumors is 1.4 to 3.8 percentage. In this case report, we present a case of 46 year old lady with abnormal uterine bleeding and incidental finding of bilateral ovarian masses. Histopathological examination revealed adenocarcinoma of endometrium and imaging studies suggested malignant features in both the ovarian masses. Total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo oopherectomy along with pelvic lymphadenectomy was done. Histopathology and immuno histochemical markers showed them to be synchronous primary tumors of both endometrium and ovary.
