Abstract
The work is devoted to the analysis of influence of pattern design on formation of architecture of orthodox churches of the region. The analysis of features of construction and architecture of the typical orthodox rural churches constructed on pattern designs is carried out. Changes in architecture of buildings, which were made by local masters, are revealed.
