Model of complex mechanism of the social and economic management of the labor conditions and labor protection at the enterprise

The paper substantiates the need to combine all areas of social and economic management, as it allows providing adequate working conditions for a person, while the use of certain areas of social and economic management can solve only partial problems. The structural and functional model of the complex mechanism of the social and economic management of labor conditions and protection, based on the methods of economic impact, management functions and stages of management decisions have been presented. The author proves the mechanism of functioning of the system of social and economic management of labor conditions and labor protection at industrial enterprises which involves implementation of specific management actions of social, economic, social and psychological nature, identified on the analysis of the factors, existing management practices and activities on labour protection, which allows solving the problems in the sphere of labor protection and improving working conditions.
