Abstract

Any employee who starts working in a particular company must provide a work record for the purpose of recording his work experience with this employer. The work record is the main document that is a form of strict reporting, which currently records information about the length of service of any employee. Since 2020, a process has been started to introduce digital records of all personnel records. The article reflects the main features of the innovation as a whole, as well as grouped and classified its advantages and disadvantages, both for employees and employers.
