Features of the formation of motor skills depending on the biomechanical structure of movements

This article discusses the problem of the features of the formation of motor skills depending on the biomechanical structure of movements. The work investigated the effectiveness of training in gymnastic movements, depending on the preliminary development of non-profiling elements and exercises similar in technique. At the beginning of gymnastics, it is better to teach such exercises that are leading or preparatory to the elements of the senior level program or are repeated in it without significant changes in technology. One of them is a modern way to perform swing exercises.
