Study of the formation of motor skills (for example, boxing)

In this paper, we consider the main motor characteristics of the skills of the latent period of a complex reaction, speed of movement, accuracy of impact, impact sharpness and "sense of distance" when performing left and right direct strikes. Determining the dynamics of development of the studied features and their interaction in the process of formation of motor skills. The effectiveness of the process of formation of motor skills, taking into account the identified patterns, ways of rational organization of the learning and training process.
