Abstract
Through component analysis to kind of duck weeds,3 High starch varities were screened out: spirodela oligorrhiza S3, S1 then Spirodela Polyrhiza V7,the corresponding starch contents was 47.86%,41.45% and 39.69%. according To the structural characteristic of duck weed,hydrolysis Efficiency of of Enzymatic hydrolysis and different concentrations of acid Hydrolysis,was compared,then,hydrolysis technology was confirmed when the Boiling water Bath for 2 Hand acid concentration was 4 mol/L,The hydrolysis efficiency reached 93.52%.through studying on Ethanol fermentation found Off there as on that hydrolyte of duck weed Couldn't be fermented normally and"fermentation efficiency of,Ethanol reached 91.83% when using water extracts to hydrolyte.
