Abstract
The article presents the longitudinal experimental study of prognostic self-estimation as a determinant of personal efficiency of primary-school children. The experimental study has determined existence of micro-genetic tendencies in the architectonics of predictive self-estimation; these tendencies determine schoolchildren's personal efficiency at the first stage of study - in primary school. The structural micro-genesis of predictive self-estimation of third- and fourth-years school children with different personal efficiency and features of constellation of self-estimation varieties in the groups of schoolchildren having high, average and low personal efficiency are determined. The schoolchildren with low personal efficiency have destructive tendencies in their prognostic self-estimation, which testify to the stabile lines of its formation in primary school. The determined peculiarities of micro-genesis of prognostic self-estimation as a determinant of personal effectiveness and the tendencies to its destruction require development of a system of corrective-developmental influences, as well as appropriate coping strategies, in order to provide effective psychological support for schoolchildren's personal development in the educational environment. The further research will be focused on the micro-and macro-genesis of prognostic self-estimation as an internal determinant of personal efficiency at the next stage of ontogenesis - adolescence.
