STRATEGY FOR REFORMING THE EXECUTIVE SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN

The article analyzes the characteristics of modernization processes in Uzbekistan in recent years, the adoption of an Action Strategy for the five priority areas for the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017–2021, and also analyzes the priority tasks for improving state and social construction described in this doc- ument. It studied the processes of reforming public administration and public service, introducing modern part- nerships between the public and private sectors, ensuring transparency of public administration, as well as im- proving e-government. It also analyzes the adoption of the Concept of Administrative Reform in Uzbekistan, the existing gaps in the public administration system and practical mechanisms to address them
