SOME PROBLEMS OF INCREASING THE COMPETENCE OF STATE SERVANTS IN UZBEKISTAN

The article discusses some problems of reforming the civil service system in Uzbekistan and the effec- tive organization of public service. In particular, the activities of public servants, fixed in regulatory documents, and the adaptation of a public servant to new working conditions, are analyzed. It is based on opinion polls that public service, public responsibility, socio-political competence and socio-communicative competence – all this contributes to the active promotion of administrative reform aimed at achieving and ensuring the effectiveness of public servants
