Abstract
About nine hundred sixty four thousand people live in Yakutia. The relevance of injuries is deter- mined by the high prevalence, severe medical, social and economic consequences. The issue of the effectiveness and efficiency of providing assistance to injured citizens in the event of an accident in remote territories of the Far North with their climatic and geographical features and remoteness of settlements from each other where the phase of isolation of the victim is relevant is relevant. The reduction of mortality and disability from injuries is facilitated by the approach of specialized assistance when opening inter-district trauma centers. The rational or- ganization of emergency medical care is possible only within the framework of a system linking prehospital and inpatient units into a single whole. In this case, all patients with injuries from the attached territory are hospital- ized as soon as possible, according to the developed passport, the continuity and interaction between the second and third level emergency centers with the first level emergency centers are respected. The development of or- ganizational and managerial measures is an important factor in improving the quality of medical care for pa- tients. This is due to the presence in its structure of specialized departments, a shorter diagnostic time due to a comprehensive examination by specialists of various profiles, a decrease in the number of diagnostic and tactical errors, the absence of the need for external consultants, and an optimal level of diagnostics due to high-tech equipment. Providing modern medical equipment allows the use of high-tech diagnostic and treatment methods that ensure recovery with minimal cost
