INTERACTION BETWEEN TEACHER AND THE STUDENTS AT THE LESSON AS THE BASIS FOR EFFECTIVE LEARNING

Abstract
The article analyzes the features of interaction between teacher and students at the lesson. Improving the effectiveness of the learning process and personal development of the child. The article describes a number of conditions that must be met by each teacher in the course of pedagogical interaction with students. The variety of pedagogical influences on students is considered: play, elements of theatricalization in the learning process, work in pairs and groups, problem situations, project creation, information technologies, health-saving pedagog- ical technologies, and reflection. We also come to the conclusion that the interaction between the teacher and the students in the lesson is a mutual process between the teacher and the students. The effectiveness of learning is influenced by all components of the learning process, methods and technologies, and the principles that guide the teacher used in the learning process
