Abstract

This article presents a number of tasks that must be carried out in our country to form a class of young owners. An important role in the solution of these problems is the adoption of a number of significant laws, decrees and decrees of the President, in particular, the importance of adopting the Law on State Youth Policy in 2016, which reflected the main provisions of the state youth policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article also highlights issues of ongoing reforms in the country, ongoing socio-political and economic reforms, the formation of a class of owners, especially the creation of conditions for young entrepreneurs. At the same time, recommendations are given on the formation and development of a business culture and the responsibility of young representatives of medium and small businesses
