Abstract
This study aims to highlight kinds of decisions made by the Ombudsman's head considering the nature of these decisions and their impact on the performance of public administrations regarding the head of the Ombudsman board as a controlling institution through inductive, descriptive and analytical approaches followed in studying the subject material and analyzing it. This study dealt with a number of topics, notably: kinds of decisions made by the head of the Ombudsman, the nature of these decisions, the extent of their obligation, and the means available to the ombudsman to implement his decisions and compel public administration to them. The most important findings of the researcher were to activate the means of binding the administrations to implement the recommendations of the Board of Ombudsman, especially the media. This requires efforts by Ombudsman to urge the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers to bind departments not cooperating with the Ombudsman to obey.
