Abstract

One of the priority goals of the state program «Healthcare development» for 2018-2025 is the increase of citizen satisfaction with the quality of medical assistance up to 54% by the year 2025. It is not possible to reach such a high level of citizen satisfaction they get from provision of medical services without the introduction of patient-bound approach in organization of medical assistance. This approach assumes that a patient is in the center of attention of medical worker. This patient has certain requirements concerning the delivery of medical assistance and own expectations from interaction with healthcare system. In the conditions of modern medicine patient satisfaction with the delivery of medical services is an important indicator of accessibility, organization and quality of obstetric-gynecologic assistance. To evaluate organization and quality of obstetric-gynecological assistance provided to the people of rural area of Ryazan region and to create a new model of medical organization that gives initial health care assistance, to form a patient-bound approach in healthcare, we have evaluated opinions of 283 women from Ryazan district of Ryazan region. Their opinions concerned organization and quality of provided obstetric-gynecological assistance. On the basis of questionnaire we have found certain problems that concern work of record room and information distributed to the patients about preventive measures and formation of healthy lifestyle. These problems are especially important for the women's health service because regular visits to the obstetrician-gynecologist are aimed to prevent chronic diseases of reproductive system and increase fertility among women of reproductive age. They depend on the level of comfort women have in a medical clinic.
