Forms and methods of protection of civil rights and interests

The article considers and analyzes the forms and methods of protecting the rights and interests of civil subjects. The purpose of this article is to clarify the term "forms of protection", which is the basic concept of self-defense. The methodology of this work is based on comparative, formal-legal, and analytical methods. Based on the research, the analysis of gaps in civil legislation was carried out.
