Accounting of functional state of the central nervous system in during special physical training of basketball players at a stage of improvement of sports skill

The authors presented study's results of functional state of the central nervous system (CNS) of basketball players at a stage of improvement of sports skill. The CNS functional state was evaluated by the indicators of time of the visual-motor responses, state of static coordination and force of a nervous system. For assessment of the indicators the method of measurement of visual and motor responses, Romberg's test and the method of measurement of dynamics of hand movements rate were used. The research has shown that in general the functional condition of CNS of athletes corresponds to the average level with some tendency to high level. However, significant individual differences in indicators of force of a nervous system and time of reaction to a moving object are found. Besides, authors have offere a technique of special physical training for basketball players at a stage of improvement of sports skil taking into account individual differences in the functional state of the CNS.
