Optimization of expenses of a medical organization on the example of the Ulyanovsk regional clinical hospital

The role of economic stability and financial efficiency in the activities of a medical organization comes to the fore. The main objective of a medical organization is to conduct medical activities in order to maximize profits. Profit size is affected by the level of expenses of the institution that seek to optimize. Cost reduction in a budgetary institution is a logical process in the conditions of economic instability. In this article, we analyzed the costs of the medical organization, and also identified possible ways to reduce them.
