HR-management in the face of uncertainty

In the article, the authors offer recommendations for personnel management in the face of uncertainty, restructuring teams and work tasks in the context of remote work, as well as methods for their implementation, training and adaptation. The ways of controlling negative emotions and thoughts, and their transformation into a positive channel to increase motivation in the team are outlined.
