State and basic tendencies of forced crime in the family

The article touches on one of the most pressing social problems of modern society — the problem of family violence. The paper considers the concept of «domestic violence», as well as its main types, subjects and factors of occurrence. Particular attention is paid to existing measures to combat domestic violence in the Russian Federation and the search for new highly effective methods to combat this social problem.
