Women empowerment through micro financial facility is one of the best tools to empower the rural people. Today majority of the state government's focusing on empowerment of women in the country. Microfinance program listed as a successful program to distribute wealth in the country for poor women. This research paper examines how economic, social, personal, decision making and political empowerment of women effected by Bank linkage program.
