For identifiers of medicinal plant species are indigenous people around the area of the Natural Forest Education Laboratory, and often utilize medicinal plants from the forest area to maintain health and to treat sick diseases. Based on the results of the study found 19 types of medicinal plants consisting of various forms of plants. Parts used as medicine are leaves, bark, roots, stems, seeds, water. The value of species diversity index is 2,621 with moderate category, species richness 3,4851 with high category and evenness of type of 0.890 is fairly evenly distributed. Utilization of medicinal plants is increasing, and it is necessary to protect the types of medicinal plants.
