Definition of spatial development of the region

The article is devoted to defining the essence of the category "spatial development". Different approaches to defining this definition are analyzed. Research methodology consists of: historical approach, method of comparison and scientific abstraction. The results obtained will be used in the further development of the Transcarpathian region. The results of the study of spatialdevelopment of regional economic systems in the economic space of the country are presented. The essence, features and character of this process are disclosed.
