Abstract
The research aims to study the role of the International Festival of Ismailia Folklore Art in promoting and improving the tourist mental image of Egypt.
The results of the survey study showed that Ismailia governorate has elements tourism attraction and services. But it lacks some services to promote the festival.
The study recommends publishing a lot of information about the festival on the internet, increasing its publicity inside and outside Egypt, and announcing the festival in early enough time before its opening to attract more teams to participate and improve the tourist mental image.
