Global publishing and marketing standards for scientific journals: tasks to be solved on the way to a global information space

Abstract
In October 2015 Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers (ANRI) organized the first training and practical seminar. The editors of the leading scientific journals of Russia, indexed in Web of Science and Scopus databases, major international reference databases (Erich Plus, Pub Med, etc.), large full-text databases (CyberLeninka, etc.) took part in the seminar. The report sets out the main issues discussed at the seminar, i.e. improving the quality of publications; introduction of international standards; expansion of visibility of Russian journals in the global information environment.
