CATEGORICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPTS «BORROWING», «CREDIT», «LOAN»

The question of the relationship of such concepts as "borrowing", "credit", "loan" is debatable. In col- loquial everyday language, and sometimes in educational and scientific literature, these terms are used as syno- nyms. We believe that mixing the concepts of "credit", "borrowing", and "loan" is not acceptable. Relations re- lated to the provision of temporary use of the cost on the terms of return, urgency and, in some cases, payment, are both economic and legal in nature. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate discrepancies in the interpretation of concepts and ensure uniformity of terminology in order to prevent various types of violations of the rights of participants in such transactions and create conditions in which credit relations will contribute to the satisfaction of the interests of the parties and the economy
