Abstract
Labor motivation is one of the most acute in the field of business psychology. During the economic crisis, the problem of labor motivation is one of the most difficult. This article is addressed to the description of a study of the effectiveness of labor motivation training based on design thinking technology. In the process of conducting several training sessions, it is important that members of the sales department create an image for the near, positive future. A jointly created image of the future allows us to develop, search and model methods and techniques for solving practical problems. Training participants focus on short-term success and small, everyday achievements. This allows us to develop new standards for evaluating the performance of professional activities. The image of the future is transmitted through the symbolic embodiment of the image created by the participants in the course. Each training ends with the solution of the current case in the current practice of the company. Focusing on the positive emotional background and activity of each employee in the sales department, you can reverse the negative situation. This is confirmed by the diagnosis of the motivation zone of the training partici- pants. Using statistical analysis, you can identify changes in the areas of success, process, and alignment of re- sults. It is noteworthy that serious changes occur according to the criterion of "altruism"
