Organizational Commitment

Based on what has been described previously, it has been shown that there is an important need to study human behavior, aiming to achieve success and development for organization, and this can be done considering many factors including organizational commitment, which is a critical concept that influence organizations, and can be viewed as a positive feeling by the individual towards the organization.
