The Impact of Strategic Agility in Achieving Strategic Success at the Qatari Commercial Banks

Abstract
This study aimed to measure and analyze the impact of strategic agility in achieving strategic success in the 5 Qatari commercial banks. The study population consisted of (197) employees working in the five banks' upper and middle management. The study considered the whole study population (197) respondents as a comprehensive sample using the comprehensive survey method of the job titles (general manager, deputy general manager, department manager, and branch manager). The study used the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the study sample and consisted of (35) items. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of the strategic agility with its dimensions (Strategic Sensitivity, Leadership Unity, and Resources Liquidity) combined in achieving strategic success with its dimensions (effective implementation of the strategy, business growth, customer satisfaction, and motivational culture of employees) combined at the Qatari commercial banks. The study recommended that Qatari commercial banks should adopt strategic agility concept to benefit of its outputs in developing banking services and meeting the current and future needs of customers and to achieve strategic success.
