Abstract
The problem of constructing unified method for defining the effectiveness of any processing operation for which the known the result, measured directly or indirectly and three factors characterizing it: probability, time and cost of implementation. Two types of metrics are considered; the condition of uniqueness according to which new expressions of factors are proposed; the increasing or decreasing of which leads to the increasing or decreasing respectively of its effectiveness. Relationships for lower bounds of efficiency for several types of technology and the complex technical process, based on geometric inequalities are obtained. Discovered law in according to which the effectiveness of a complex technical process is determined via efficiency of it's components.
