Abstract
Analyzed the parameters of precedents expert assessments described in verbal-numerical scale to determine the value of the relative importance of these parameters. For this approach is proposed to use the rough sets theory. The advantages of this approach on the example of the project of technical diagnostic of portal cranes were described.
