Abstract
This article deals with the issues of preparing students for the activities of primary school teachers, forming their complete ideas about the humanistic and creative nature of pedagogical activity. The development of creative personality of students involves learning as a research activity, fostering a creative attitude to such a stage of their life as the development of a future profession. In the study, the concept of "professional pedagogi- cal activity" is consider from the standpoint of a systematic activity approach. The author believes that the basis for preparing students for the work of primary school teachers is a dialogical interaction between the teacher and students, aimed at creating conditions for the implementation of an individual trajectory of professional devel- opment of the future teacher. This allows you to see and understand the most important feature of University education-the unity of teaching, research and teaching focused on the development of the student's subjectivity; to understand the possibilities of the University stage of life in professional self-education and self-education; to master the ideology and technology of designing individual educational directions of their own development.
