Abstract

The teaching process assisted by multimedia can make learning more fun. The selection of Quran learning software based on multimedia, taking into consideration about the difference and ability of the individual in ensuring that objectives and learning outcomes are achieved and empowered in speed up the learning process of the Quran. This article discusses proficiency learning the Quran with Smart Iqra 'interactive multimedia application. The objective of this study to identify the proficiency of Quranic learning among visually impaired students at SKPK, Alma in using Smart Iqra 'interactive multimedia application. The study was qualitative using semi-structured observation and semi-structured interviews to assess the learning process of pupils in SKPK Alma. In addition, this study also uses document analysis methods to obtain J-Qaf achievement reports. The findings show that the application of this Smart Iqra 'app has a positive impact on the students in terms of improving the quality of the Quran and having the ability to learn the Quran well. This is important in making a great contribution in the teaching and learning of the Quran. It is hoped that teachers can plan their teaching systematically with the help of Smart Iqra 'software so that the teaching of the Quran which is considered difficult by most visually impaired student will be a simple and fun subject.
