Scientific and Methodological Foundations of State Regulation of Sustainable CeveroCentric Development of Regions

In the context of the analysis of the draft State Strategy for Regional Development of Ukraine for the period until 2027, the article describes the initial provisions of the scientific, methodological and information-statistical support of state regulation of human development in the regions. An assessment was made of such support for the development of Regional strategies for the development of administrative areas for the period up to 2020 and Action Plans for their implementation for 2015-2017 and for 2018-2021. according to regulatory requirements. The processes and procedures for introducing a human-centric approach to state regulation of regional socio-economic development using harmonic proportions of the Golden Section are considered. The properties and signs of statehood of decisions on land and primary natural resources, as the basic parts of national treachery, are determined. Recommendations on the formation of the final version of the State Strategy for Regional Development of Ukraine for the period up to 2027 based on the coordination of the national goals of the Sustainable Development Goals for the period up to 2030 and indicators of the Regional Human Development Index are substantiated.
