The Effectiveness of Training Programs in Achieving the Quality of Training

Abstract
This research aimed to study the opinions of managers and employees regarding training programs in hospitality industry. Data were collected from a random sample of 530 managers and employees from four and five hotels in Alexandria city by using a questionnaire through personal interview. The data were statistically processed. The results showed a positive significant correlation between each of age, education level, and effectiveness of training programs for employees. Also, the results found a positive significant correlation between hotel degree and quality of training programs for managers.
