Abstract
The article is devoted to the institution of notification of the suspicion in criminal proceedings. The problem aspects of legislative regulation of the notification of the suspicion in the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and the procedure for reporting suspicions to spesial subjects have been researched. The normative regulation and practice of appealing the notification of the suspicion to the investigating judge has been analyzed.
