IMPROVEMENT OF THE MECHANISM OF INTRODUCTION OF GENDER POLICY IN THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the application of gender policy in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and its legislative consolidation in legal acts. The legal nature of gender policy has been explored, as well as the experience of foreign countries on this issue has been analyzed. It is concluded that it is expedient to use such experience in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. There are some ways of introduction and development of this policy in the Ukrainian parliament it is shown that the influence of contemporary world and national politics essentially depends on its involvement and the reflection in it of the choice of women and men of individual, collective and social life, the activity of their becoming to transformations in the political sphere, and above all in the system of power; understanding of their place and role in the development and functioning of the entire political system of society, in acquiring the necessary level of political culture. The gender perspective increasingly penetrates into the sphere of political governance and governance, becomes a real political force for influence on development, equality and peace.
