Abstract
Discuss the Internet consumer credit derivatives willingness survey and its influencing factors: first, based on the rational behavior theory analysis framework, put forward corresponding research hypotheses, and conduct surveys in the form of questionnaires; second, use SPSS to test Internet consumer credit derivatives The impact of product attributes, service quality, relationship sentiment, and risk classification; finally, empirical tests are conducted by establishing multiple regression models. The results of the study show that product price and quality have the greatest influence on the willingness of Internet consumer credit derivatives, and other aspects also need to be considered comprehensively.
