النزعة الإنسانية والإسلام

This research aims to analyze the relationship between Islam and humanity taking into account two examples of the modern Arabic thinking which are the Iranian intellectual Mohammad Mojtahed Shabestari and the Tunisian intellectual Hicham Djaït, Shabestari tried to expose a new humanistic reading for the Islamic religion that goes againt the dominant interpretations endorsed by Islamic scholars, a new reading that cares about the human being and all his ethical, ontological, and intellectual dimensions because the man is in need of religion to serve him not for the sake of eradicating other different faiths and religions, Shebestari gives a great care and prioritise the humanism of the human being before anything else. While Djaït confirms that Islam consists of a special humanist tendency of the human based upon Islam and the mind where it is clearly displayed and confirmed in the Quoran of the human being and how he is the inheritor of God in this earth. Furthemore, it is aqually clear in the post-Quoranic culture that it includes many traits of the books of Fiqueh and hadith, logical oratory, sufism, philosophy, science and literature
